Seems like you're missing something. It's supposed to flash just fine.
You can still install the firmware though, by flashing individual partitions via fastboot. Example:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Repeat the step for system, etc.

g-tide v7 is an spd 7731g how to flash with sp flash tool!
i dowloaded the firmware there is no pac file it's just a bin file renamed as pac.
Try using this guide to flash the .bin firmware file. Sorry for my late reply.
thanks for the reply.but after tying with different box and downloadupgrade tool the file wich seems to be a pac one can't be loaded.i think it is corrupted.i am sorry but i have two phones i need a working firmware.and thanks a lot for your threads.
i managed to umpack the file,the output was system…so i have made a pac file with updrade download tool.but no of them support sc7731.so the result is always errors.
any idea or a good pac file.i am sorry for my bad english.

You shouldn't, even if you can. It will further brick your device as the hardware may not be a good match.
