Doogee N20 (Y9 Plus) firmware will help you flash and restore your phone to its default factory state. It will remove root, virus, un-brick, and fix your device if it’s stuck on boot logo. If your phone lags, after flashing it should be better.
Additionally, you should consider making a backup of your current firmware, and all other important data on your phone. Flashing will completely erase your phone. Also, you should only flash your device if you actually know what you’re doing. To avoid messing up your device, or turning it into a brick.
It’s also important that your device is charged up to at least 30% so the process is not interrupted due to shutdown.

Successfully flash doogee n20 but problem in call management, what can i do ?????
Can you explain the problem in full? Provide detailed information.
when i dial number and try to call, call sent but i can not see the dial call information, didn’t see red button
It says “cannot switch calls” when i dial number but call gone
Try using a different app, you can download from Playstore. If it doesn’t work as supposed, remove google account from phone, backup important data and factory reset. If that doesn’t help either, you might have to flash a different firmware.
sometimes smartphone works fine, can i flash stock firmware from direct smartphone ??????
Have you tried factory reset to see if this solves the problem?
If you mean firmware you can flash from the phone directly, and not a computer, sorry, we don’t have that.
I did factory reset, updated security patch level system update but problem not solved
because my doogee n20 smartphone has auto restart problem & show company name
Okay. If you’re flashing, uncheck preloader.bin in the flashtool.
but not listed in the company’s website, why ???
Well, I think that’s a question you should direct to the company. Or, is it not so?
Is it official stock rom or custom rom ?????
This is stock (official) firmware. If it were custom ROM, we’d clearly state that in the post.
If it is stock rom, i’ll try to flash
If your phone boots fine, I suggest you make a backup of current firmware before flashing. Also, check build information to confirm you are actually flashing on the correct device. The SoC of this phone should be MT6763p; while at it, confirm that this is correct too.
