Thanks for your help. I have downloaded the corresponding version to my country, Colombia. But I would like to know if there is some operator free firmware for this model.
I also want to know if you know any official ZTE software for the flashing process, because in the hypothetical case that the phone does not recognize the micro SD… How else could it be flashed?

There’s actually no PC tool for flashing this firmware. If there’s a problem with your micro sdcard, use the internal storage.
Again, if I happen to come across an ‘operator free’ firmware, I’ll notify you.
