hi my phone is stuck on the samsung logo. unable to put in download mode . however it was in download mode right before it went to the logo screen. i have gotten a fail on my odin tool. is there anything i can do to fix the phone.
Try shutting the phone down completely by holding power button until the screen goes black. While the phone is restarting, immediately the Samsung logo shows up hold Volume Down + Volume Up then connect USB cable (should already be connected to PC). Do not release the volume buttons until the phone enters Download Mode.
i have done this already. i waited 5 mins hold the volume buttons. the logo is always onand for a breif moment when hold the pwer button it will turn off but with in 5 seconds the logo comes back. and i know its a software issue as i was doing an frp rem0val just prior to it going loog locked. and it was in download mode when doing the frp. it actaully went all green with a message telling me to use smart switch emegency recovery and when i tried it said my device was not compatabile andhad an update driver feature and even though i have already have samsung usb driver app with all the lastest drivers i still did there update and followed instructions and after i reconnected and tried aagain i looked at the phone and thought hey something happening and waited and waited and waited and after about an hour with nothing i then started doing the force reset and tried getting back to download mode and tried run odin tool with the 2 different builds now of firmware for my phone and still getting fails. when i go into the device manager samsunf mobile usb compsite device in the event manager i get a warning source kernal id 442 Device USBVID_04E8&PID_6860R9EMA036VZJ was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

The errors that you see, looks like Windows 10 device driver error. Have you tried using a different PC or try to reinstall the USB controller driver? See here
