This Oukitel C17 Pro factory signed firmware flash file (stock ROM) can help you easily un-brick or restore your device to its default or factory state. If you have previously rooted or modified the system (or other) partition of the phone in any way, flashing this stock ROM will overwrite all existing modified system files to replace with factory software.
If you have you have important data on the phone (like contacts, messages, app data, etc), please back them up because you could loose data after flashing.
Charge the phone to at least 50% so that the flashing process will not be interrupted by low battery. Interrupting the firmware installation means bricking your phone.
Download the firmware file from the link below and follow the recommended flashing instructions immediately after the download options. Please report any broken links discovered.

Dear,
Thank you for your answer.
I have not linked phone to google account.
I do not want give to google all my important data on the phone (like contacts, messages, app data, etc)
Do you know an app saving all my important data on the phone (like contacts, messages, app data, etc) or a link to do this ?
Maybe can you add a chapter “How to save/restore” before “How to flash”
Thank you.
Have a lovely day.
I understand your security and privacy concerns.
You can locally backup/export your contacts to a VCF file, saved to your sdcard. After exporting the file, you can then copy it to a safe location (outside your phone).
About backing up messages, I think there are a few apps you can download to help you locally backup/restore.
For apps data, considering how Android improves on its security and privacy features in every major upgrade, it’s kind of difficult finding a reliable backup solution without having root access.
…and we’ll try to make a guide on the best possible ways to securely backup phone data.

What is difference between theese EEA : OUKITEL_C17 Pro_V8.0_20191025 and E959_OQ_S70_63_P0_V1.9.2.1_S191123 ?
Thank you.
Hey Brooks!
The EEA firmware is meant specifically for devices made for (and sold) in European countries.
NoEEA (Non-EEA), well, the exact opposite of EEA. It’s meant for devices sold outside of Europe.
To help you decide the exact firmware to download/flash, check your phone Settings > About device section to find your build number. If you have the build number but still need help deciding which firmware to flash, you can just post the complete numbers here so I assist you.
About backing up your phone data (contacts, messages, photos, etc.), you can do that easily, if you’ve linked any Google account to the phone. But you should note that all app data may not be included in the backup.
hello , i downloaded oukitel c17 pro firmware , in the sp flash tool i chose ‘mt6763_android_scatter’ and hit download , but nothing happens after i connect device, in device manager under ports tag i have ‘mediatek da usb vcom post(com3)’ , i think i followed all steps but sp flash tool doesnt start download or detect my phone.
Before you connect the phone to PC, press and hold both volume up and down buttons until flashing begins. If it fails repeatedly, try using a different (more recent) version of SP flashtool.
ok , thx for responding . i installed vcom drivers like 15 times and in device manager i have 15 mediatek usb vcom ports and now sp flash tool finaly detects my phone it displays chip info left bottom corner . but flashing proccess remains at ‘download bootloader 0%’ , and i get status download exception. what can i do ?
Did you try a different USB Port or different PC?
Also, I’d advice you to uninstall all 15 Vcom drivers and install just one instance, to make diagnosing the issue easier.
