Huawei seems to be pushing out a whole lot of Nougat updates for the P9 Lite variants. The update focuses on Android 7.0 (Nougat) and Huawei’s EMUI 5.
Not all variants of the Huawei P9 Lite currently has received the Nougat update though. So check the list below to see if the guide in this post has one for your variant.

Flashing Instructions
- Download both files (firmware and data) on Computer.
- Create dload folder on sdcard
- Extract firmware file and copy update.app to dload folder.
- Switch off phone and hold 3 buttons (Volume up, volume down and power) to start update.
- After successful update rename “update_data_full_VNS-L31_hw_meafnaf.zip” to ” update.zip” and copy it in dload folder, and then repeat 3 button process.

yes it works, but when it start Bypass Google Account and Bypass FRP Huawei this time with talkback and dont show keyboard ??? i try with two finger in talkback screen but don t work, do you now what can i do with this ???

Turn off the device and boot into recovery mode, (should be volume up + Power button). In recovery mode, select factory reset or wipe data, confirm and wait for the process to complete.

The storage was previously encrypted. You either decrypt it or format storage completely.
I have Huawei p9 lite Android 7 but is not working when restart phone it shows an error which is very irritating phone is stuck
Error is your device has failed to verify from Google and may not work properly
How can I fix it when i do a factory reset phone did not reset all internal application are not showing can u help me to solve this

Download the firmware from above list and flash the device. That should fix the error.

The latest build (update) for your device variant is Nougat, and it has been added to the above list. See VNS-L31C02B329.
It’s not actually possible to change to dual sim just by updating your firmware.

Also my bootloader is unlocked and rooted in running a custom recovert TWRP

Flashing just any of these roms MIGHT soft-brick your device, as they are not suitable for your region.
I’ll advice you wait for an official update for your phone.
You can now download Nougat update for your smartphone from the list above.
If you still have twrp installed, it should flash just fine.
