HTC has surprised the tech world with the launch of its latest mid-range Android phone. The U24 Pro boasts impressive specs and features, signaling the company's continued presence in the smartphone market.

Available for pre-order in Taiwan, the U24 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. It runs on Android 14 with 12GB of RAM and offers a choice of 256GB or 512GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. The phone boasts a stunning 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED display and even includes a notification LED, a rarity in modern smartphones.

A 4,600 mAh battery powers the device, supporting 60W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The U24 Pro also features NFC, Bluetooth, IP67 water resistance, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, catering to users who prefer wired audio.

The camera system is equally impressive, featuring a triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens. A 50MP selfie camera is discreetly nestled within the display.

Priced at $18,990 (around $585 USD) in Taiwan, the U24 Pro will be available in "Twilight White" and "Space Blue". The device launches in Taiwan on June 30, but global availability remains uncertain.
